Partner Search Queries
A name, location, or other term entered into a search tool is sent to the independent provider that operates that tool. Door County Busted Mugshots does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
Information included in an email or contact submission may be kept to answer the message. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical and Cookie Data
When a page is requested, routine technical information may be collected by hosting, analytics, advertising, or security services. That information can include:
- Internet protocol address.
- Browser type and version.
- Device type and operating system.
- Pages viewed and the time spent on them.
- The referring website, when one is supplied.

This guide links to the Door County Sheriff, jail, courts, Wisconsin DOC, and other official or third-party resources. Public-records links may concern Wisconsin’s open-records framework, including Wis. Stat. §§ 19.31-19.39, but each destination controls its own content and privacy practices. Once a visitor follows a link, that destination’s terms and notice apply.

- Law-enforcement agencies or government bodies responding to a valid legal order.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. No online system can promise complete security, so this notice does not guarantee that a transmission or stored item is immune from unauthorized access.
Visitors Under 18
The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If a minor has submitted personal information, contact the site to request deletion.
